Tulisan 1_MSDM_Persiapan persaingan tenaga kerja antara tenaga kerja lokal dan tenaga kerja asing

       Pada tahun 2016 yang lalu Indonesia dan negara berkembang lainnya menghadapi MEA (Masyarat Ekonomi ASEAN). Dimana Indonesia merupakan negara berpenduduk terbesar sekitar  250 juta jiwa dan negara terbesar keempat di dunia setelah China, India, dan Amerika Serikat. Tujuan dilakukannya MEA ini adalah untuk memperluas pekerjaan agar taraf hidup dinegara asean dapat lebih baik. Kerjasama dengan negara-negara lain ini sangat dibutuhkan dan mempunyai dampak besar bagi Indonesia karana agar dapat mengantisipasi dampak yang akan terjadi dalam era globalisasi. Landassn dalam kerja sama antar negara asing adalah bebas aktif. Yaitu bebasnya dalam berhubungan baik secara bilateral, regional maupun multilateral.

       Saat ini Indonesia sudah menjadi anggota lebih dari 170 Organisasi Internasional, Ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan agar negara Indonesia sendiri mempunyai hubungan baik secarainternasional dengan negara lain untuk meningkatkan kerjasama di berbagai sektor seperti ekonomi, politik, sosial, budaya, dll. Salah satu contoh peranan Indonesia dalam hubungan Internasional adalah dalam MEA.

       Dengan ini apakah Indonesia sudah siap melewati pertukaran masuknya tenaga kerja asing? Oleh karena itu agar Indonesia mampu bersaing dengan negara asing maka harus dapat menghadapi MEA dengan cara meningkatkan Ketrampilan dan keahlian, peningkatan SDM yang memadai dan juga harus meningkatkan cara berkomunikasi dengan baik yaitu dengan belajar  Public Speaking.

       Kemudian dengam adanya MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean) ini memberikan dampak positif dan negatif bagi negara Indonesia. Dampak negatif dari adanya MEA yaitu masuknya produk barang import yang harganya jauh lebih murah ini mengakibatkan barang lokal tergeser, kemudian dampak positifnya yaitu Kegiatan produksi dalam negeri akan meningkat, Menambah devisa negara, memperluas lapangan kerja dan kesempatan bekerja bagi masyarakat dab Mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi negara dan stabilitas nasional.

Synopsis SUICIDE SQUAD


first of all in the suicide movie is vallien prison. vallien consists of several criminals.
The story begins with a prison. There are many prisoners. one of them is harley quin.
he is a great evil prisoner. and a former spikiater who likes joker. joker is a spikopat.
joker always act with the mind game. joker has a weakness that he does not have super powers.
but he wins in mind games. In the prison there is a mercenary named deashot. deashot an experienced killer and shooter.
deshot a criminal conflict. the government is led by a woman named amanda waller.
amanda waller is an ambitious, cunning, and has big plans for the country. in this suicide squad led by rick.
Rick does not agree with the amanda wallet government. a laiki man who uses power with a boomerang named Digger.
A digger is a killer using a boomerang. catto is very rough. there can be another male former thug from lost angeles.
he has power by issuing fire. killler he has a mysterious skin disease.
he has a very large and powerful force to lift up to two tons of weight. the other side of the killer is a cannibal.
Encantres is an archaeologist who has ancient powers. that power can bewitch him to be strong.
a martial artist named kallen. he is a bodyguard. friends of rigk. he's wearing a knife.
slip is also a member of the squad.

It is a form of the verb most commonly used in the English language, which is used to reveal the factual events and habitual, general or not general, instructs, or plan of schedule.
Rumus kalimat aktif simple present tense

Rumus kalimat pasif simple present tense
SUBJECT + TO BE (AM, I, ARE) + VERB III + BY + OBJECT
Contoh kalimat akif dan pasif :
a. Aktif > I buy a book today (saya membeli sebuah buku hari ini)
Pasif > (+) A book is bought by me today (sebuah dibeli oleh saya hari ini)

b. Aktif > Ani cleans the window today (Ani membersihkan jendela hari ini)

2. Simple Past Tense
Simple Past Tense is to declare an act / event that happened in the past / make enormous time has passed and in the know.

Contoh kalimat aktif dan pasif dalam simple past tense :

3. Present Continuous Tense
The Present Continuous Tense is a tense of a form that refers to an action that is taking place now or when the conversation is in progress. So that action has already begun, and has not ended when the conversation took place.

Active Voice:
S + am/is/are + present participle + direct object
Passive Voice:
S (direct object) + is/am/are + being + past participle +/- by … (agent)

4. Past Continuous Tense

Past Continuous Tense reveals past actions in progress. action can sometimes also be interrupted by something. this form of English tenses is also called Past Progressive Tense.
Rumus kalimat pasif dalam past continuous tense :
SUBJECT + TO BE (AM, IS, ARE) + BEING + VERB III + BY + OBJECT

Contoh kalimat aktif dan pasif past continuous tense :
A. Aktif > They were attending the meeting yesterday (mereka sedang menghadiri pertemuan kemarin)
Pasif > (+) the meeting was being attended by them yesterday (pertemuan sedang dihadiri oleh mereka kemarin)
Pasif > (-)the meeting was not being attended by them yesterday. (pertemuan sedang tidak dihadiri oleh mereka kemarin)

5. Present Future Tense
Future continuous tense or future progressive tense is a verb form used to declare actions that will take place at any given time in the future. The action has started but not finished yet



Rumus simple future tense dalam bentuk pasif adalah
SUBJECT + SHALL/WILL + BE + VERB III + BY + OBJECT
Contoh kalimat aktif dan pasif simple future tense dan artinya dalam bentuk positif dan negatif :

6. Past Future Tense
Past Future Tense is used to reveal events that will occur in the past (not the present, opposite of simple future tense).

7. Present Perfect Tense
 The present perfect tense is a tense that describes an event that occurred before a specific time in the past but still continues today. This tense consists of a combination of perfect aspects (before one specific time in the past) and present time frame.

A. Active voice:
Marley and his friends have finished the project. (Marley dan teman-temannya sudah menyelesaikan proyek tersebut.)
Active: My sister has started a new job this week.
B. Passive Voice:
The project has been finished by Marley and his friends. (Proyek itu sudah diselesaikan oleh Marley dan teman-temannya.)
Passive: A new job has been started by my sister this week.


8. Past Perfect Tense
    The past perfect tense is a verb form used to indicate that an action has been completed at a point in the past before another action takes place


Berikut rumus passive voice dalam past perfect tense:
A. Active Voice:
S + had + past participle + direct object
B. Passive Voice:
S (direct object) + had + been + past participle +/- by … (agent)
Contoh:  active voice:
a. They had used poison gas in World War I. (Mereka telah menggunakan gas beracun dalam perang dunia pertama.)
b. Sally had read two hundred books before graduating from the college.
c. (Sally telah membaca dua ratus buku sebelum lulus dari kampus tersebut.
Contoh kalimat passive voice:
a. Poison gas had been used in World War I. (Gas beracun telah digunakan dalam perang dunia pertama.)
b. Two hundred books had been read by Sally before graduating from the college. (Dua ratus buku telah dibaca oleh Sally sebelum lulus dari kampus tersebut.)
9. Present Perfect Continuous Tense
 Present perfect continuous tense is a verb form used to express completed action at a point in the past or an action has started in the past and continues to the present.

Present Perfect Continuous Tense adalah sebagai berikut :
S + Have/ Has + Been + Being + V3
A. Active :
They have been doing the TOEFL Test for two hours. (Mereka telah (dan masih sedang) mengerjakan Test TOEFL selama dua jam)
We have been learning english since 7 p.m. (Kami telah (dan masih sedang) belajar bahasa Inggris sejak jam 7 malam).
She has been waiting for you for about an hour. (Dia (P) telah (dan masih sedang) menunggumu selama sekitar satu jam).
B. Passive :
The TOEFL Test has been being done by them for two hours. (TOEFL Test telah (dan masih sedang) dikerjakan oleh mereka selama dua jam)
English has been being learned by us since 7 p.m. (Bahasa Inggris telah (dan masih sedang) dipelajari oleh kami sejak jam 7 malam).
You have been being waited by her for about an hour. (Kamu telah (dan masih sedang) ditunggu oleh dia (P) selama sekitar satu jam).
10. Past perfect Continuous Tense
Past Perfect Continuous Tense is formed with auxiliary verb had and been and present participle. Here is the formula of Perfect Perfect Continuous Tense that can be used as your guide in making a sentence


Berikut rumus passive voice dalam future perfect tense:
Active Voice:
S + will have + past participle + direct object
Passive Voice:
S (direct object) + will have + been + past participle +/- by … (agent)
A. Active voice

11. Future Continuous Tense
future continuous tense atau future progressive tense adalah bentuk kata kerja yang digunakan untuk menyatakan tindakan yang akan terjadi pada waktu tertentu di masa depan. Aksi itu sudah dimulai tapi belum selesai pada saat itu.

Bentuk  future continuous tense aktif positif

Bentuk  future continuous tense Passive :
This Project + Will be + Being + V3 + S + M
A. Aktive Voice:

She will be bringing many books so she will feel tomorrow.

12. Past Future Continuous Tense
Past future continuous tense is a verb form to express the action or situation in which its unreal condition is fulfilled (conditional conditional conditional ~ type 2 with continuous tense).

Rumus Aktif:
S + Would be + V-ing + O / C
Rumus Passive:
S + Would + be + Being + V3
A. Aktive Voice:
a. They Would Be Reading The book.
b. She Would be bringing many books
c. I would be writing the Novel
B. Passive Voice:
a. The book will be being read by them.
b. Many books will be being brought by her.
c. The novel will be being written by me.

Future perfect tense is a verb form used to express that an activity will be completed at a point in time in the future.

I would have been driving ( aku akan telah mengemudi ).

16. Past future perfect continuous tense
Past future perfect continuous tense is a verb form to express an action or an imaginary situation taking place at a certain point or during a certain period in the past

Passive: O+ would+ have+ been+ being+ past participle (verb 3)+ by+ S

A. Contoh active:
